Where can I buy your pottery?

How do I care for my new pottery?

All ceramic pieces I make are microwave and dishwasher safe, but gentle handwashing may help improve longevity.

Do you do wholesale, commissions, special orders, or pre-orders?

No, I am not able to do wholesale or any type of orders at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

I only ship to the USA. I do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but I want you to love your purchase so please contact me if you have any concerns. If there are any issues with your order when it arrives (such as damage from transit), you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item to let me know.

What materials do you use?

All pieces (even planters) are made from stoneware and lead-free glazes fired to cone 5.5 - 6.

What kind of packaging do you use?

I package with recyclable materials and reuse materials whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle your packaging.

Can I send this as a gift?

If this item is a gift, I will gladly include a gift card and leave out the packing slip. Please email me to let me know what message to include on the card.

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?

I love my pottery and package with care! I also insure all my pieces during shipping just in case the worst happens. If any of your purchases arrive damaged, email me a photo of the damage within 48 hours of arrival and keep your packaging. A photo of the damaged piece in its original packaging is required for a refund.
